iBot Smart Insurance Assistant is the first AI driven assistant of Ibercaja, a TOP 10 bank headquartered in Zaragoza Spain. iBot was built in only 10 weeks and allows employees to advise customers regarding their insurance policies. Around 4.000 employees are training iBot to get to the next step towards a full featured virtual assistant of the bank’s customers. This is not done yet, but Ibercaja now knows how to get there.
